We take great care in delivering our products to you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement as per the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds or replacements only if:
- The product is damaged or broken during transit.
- You report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- You provide clear photos or a short video showing the full damage.
If the product is partially damaged, used, or opened, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Product already opened or used.
- Slight variations in fragrance, color, or packaging (since our dhoop sticks are handcrafted).
- Delays caused by courier or external factors beyond our control.
3. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- If preferred, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

5. Shipping for Replacement
If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
